Unauthorised access to JURA’s corporate network

On 23 December 2025, JURA detected unauthorised external access to the company network. Immediately after the security incident became known, measures were taken by our specialist team in collaboration with external cybersecurity and forensic experts.

The teams are working intensively to assess and mitigate the impact of the incident. The ongoing investigation is examining the extent to which data has been disclosed. The relevant authorities have been informed. Several services are temporarily unavailable as a result of the incident.

JURA automatic coffee machines are still fully available from retail partners. The incident has resulted in service restrictions, which are causing delays.
